Win Campbell - Chief Executive Officer - Win is a native Texan who received a BBA in Business Administration, a MPA in Professional Accounting, and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas at Austin. His law firm, Campbell & Riggs, handles all legal work for Becks Prime. Win has always been grateful to Abe Gough, who gave fourteen year-old Win his first job in a burger joint.
Mike Knapp - Chief Operating Officer - Mike’s restaurant management experience started in 1972 with the fledgling Steak and Ale Restaurant company. After 12 years with Steak and Ale, 7 of which were as an area manager, Mike decided to follow his dream-a restaurant concept serving top quality, made from scratch fast food. Now managing daily operations at all Becks Prime locations, Mike welcomes the challenges of helping grow a company while maintaining the same high level of quality and consistency.
John Storms - Chief Financial Officer - A friend of Win Campbell's since 1962, John has been involved with Becks Prime since its inception in 1984. John is a CPA whose accounting firm, Storms & Critz, provides all the accounting and tax compliance support for Becks Prime.
Mike Geiszler - Vice President of Operations - One year after the opening of our first location, Mike brought his training and leadership skills to Becks Prime from Chili’s restaurants, where he was a senior member of the corporate training team. He is currently involved in every aspect of Becks Prime operations, from training new employees and managers, managing the information technology system, to designing our kitchens to ensure the most efficient food preparation and service. There is no challenge Mike is unwilling to tackle for the success of Becks Prime.
Molly Voorhees - Marketing and Expansion - Molly holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College in Vermont and joined the Becks Prime team in 2006 after receiving her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to business school, Molly worked in Silicon Valley for the technology startups TellMe and Telephia, but she always knew that her heart was back with Becks Prime in Houston. Molly currently handles a little bit of everything.
Julie Knapp - Director of Human Resources - Julie joined the Becks Prime team in 2008. While attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, Mebane Animal Shelter, and Felicite’ Latane’ Wildlife Sanctuary. It was Knapp’s love for animals that took her from being a weekend volunteer at Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, to being the director of volunteer services. Her leadership and public speaking skills coupled with a desire for professional growth catapulted her to the position of Vice President of Volunteer and Staff Resources in just two short years.
